I would like to respond to Joe Smith letter and comment on the 22nd of December. Joe, If you can clarify to us on this site that all riots in US are President Bush's fault then I will agree with your comment. It seems easy to blame the King of Tonga because Tonga is a small country. But impossible to blame the president of US because America is a superpower. But President Bush had defense secretary etc as the King of Tonga had ministers etc. When things go wrong within America they resign, not President Bush. Let's say if a riot in Texas near the President's resident. Say, local residents are not happy with the war in Iraq. Do you blame President Bush?

The captain that we should blame in 16/11 are the People's Representatives who fueled those poor people with hate and jealousy. Let's say that US needs time to rebuild IRAQ and Tonga needs time to change.

Patience is the name of the change. The trouble in Tonga that some people are "impatient".
