Driver in motorcycle collision on bail [1]

A 62-year-old male driver whose van collided with a motorcyclist, who was seriously injured, on December 2 has been released on bail.
Police Prosecution said today, the accused driver is Penisimani Lalahi who is charged with reckless driving causing grievous bodily harm.
He was released on bail on December 4 and appeared at the Magistrate's Court this week.
His case was adjourned to January 13, 2020.
Meanwhile, motorcyclist ‘Alipate Hokafonu (30) from Houma, is reported to be in a stable condition at Vaiola Hospital, after being critical when admitted.
The accident occurred on Taufa'ahau Road at Fanga, when the motorcyclist collided with the turning van.
