Lady Fusitu’a (Tania Laumanulupe Tupou) has started this week in her new appointment as Lord Chamberlain in Nuku'alofa.

She was previously Tonga’s Ambassador to Japan, from 2012 to 2019.

Viela Tupou has retired from the position of Lord Chamberlain, after serving from 2008 to 2019.
