Tonga Police seized an alleged 3 kilograms of methamphetamine at Fahefa on April 17.

Lisiate ‘Otuhouma (28) who is charged in relation to the seizure of three kilograms of methamphetamine at his home in Fahefa, had his case adjourned to September.

Police Prosecution said today, the accused remains detained in police custody.

His case was called on July 29 at Fasi Magistrate's Court and was  adjourned to September 23. This is to allow Crown to have documents ready for submission.

The accused was arrested at his home in Fahefa on April 17 this year.

The Police Drug Enforcement Taskforce made this significant seizure, which they approximated to be worth $3 million pa'anga, during a drug operation.
