Prince Charles hopes to visit Tonga, PM announces [1]

The Prince of Wales, Prince Charles, hopes to visit Tonga "in the near future", Tonga's Prime Minister Hon. 'Akilisi Pohiva announced today.
The PM revealed that he picked up the information at a dinner table - a Black Tie event at Buckingham Palace hosted by Queen Elizabeth II on April 19 for the 53 Heads of Government of the Commonwealth attending CHOGM 2018.
In London the heads decided that Prince Charles should be the next Head of the Commonwealth. All the heads of government praised Queen Elizabeth, who has been serving as head of the Commonwealth for 66 years.

In today's press statement from the Prime Minister's Office, Hon. Pohiva stated that he was "honoured to have been seated at the same table with HRH Prince Charles."
Hon. Pohiva "also divulged that the Prince of Wales had expressed his hope to visit the Kingdom of Tonga in the near future."
The PM issued the media statement to announce that he had sent his best wishes to Queen Elizabeth II on her 92nd birthday on behalf of the Government and people of Tonga. In his message he quoted verses from the prophet Isaiah, cap 40:29-31.
