'Atenisi recognises Papiloa's community work [1]

Papiloa Bloomfield Foliaki was presented with an Honorary Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights, with ‘Atenisi Director Sisi’uno Helu. 28 April 2017.

Papiloa Bloomfield Foliaki received an Honorary Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights degree from 'Atenisi University in Nuku'alofa yesterday. 

‘Atenisi Director Sisi’uno Helu and the Dean Dr Michael Horowitz presented the degree in recognition of Papiloa's work in founding the Tonga Leitis Association (TLA), in addition to her many other contributions to the local community over many years.

The new TLA President, Henry ‘Aho, also recognized Papiloa's contribution to the development of TLA and its expanding role to support all LGBT and other people in Tonga.
