Top students shine at FWC combined prize giving [1]

Duces of three high schools of the Free Wesleyan Church: Tupou College, Tupou High School and Queen Salote College were named at a combined prize giving ceremony on Tuesday, November 29 at the Queen Salote College Hall.
Dux of Tupou College, Mavaeta’u Manufekai from Te'ekiu and Pelehake is the Form 7 captain at the all boys’ school. He topped physics, mathematics calculus and mathematics statistics. He was also awarded other school prizes.
Dux of Tupou High School, Maryanne Prescott from Sopu and Kolomotu'a, is a Form 6 student, who topped biology, chemistry and biblical studies at the co-education high school.
Dux of Queen Salote College, Fe’ofa’aki ‘a Kakau Veamatahau (17) in Form 7 at the all girls' school, topped history, geography, tourism and hospitality and IT. She lives at Sia'atoutai.
HM Queen Nanasipau'u Tuku'aho was the guest of honour at the prize giving ceremony today, attended by hundreds of parents.
