There has been no sighting of missing swimmer Meleki Finau (20), who was reported to have been swept out to sea at the Blow Holes at Houma on Sunday morning, 21 August.

Tonga Police said this afternoon a search and recovery operation continues on neighbouring coastlines. However, the search at sea is suspended at this stage due to rough seas.

Visitors at the popular tourist site told police they saw a man going down to swim and saw him being swept outside the reef by the currents.
