Tonga's King may not be home for Christmas [1]

Sateki ‘Ahio, the Acting Secretary for the Palace office said today, December 20 that he was not sure if King Taufa'ahau Tupou IV will stay on in Auckland or will return to Tonga for the Christmas holidays.

As of yesterday, December 19, Tonga's Prime Minister Prince ‘‘Ulukalala Lavaka Ata was made the Prince Regent, until the king returns.
