A brawl among youths, alleged to have been students, erupted in central Nuku’alofa on Saturday afternoon, 22 November.

Police said today they made no arrest because the perpetrators fled before they got to them.

The fight first erupted on Railway Road before continuing to Vuna Road around the Nuku’alofa waterfront bus stop.

They were wearing plain clothes and not school uniforms. The students alleged to have been attacked were from Tupou College. They were not injured, said police.
