Women in white for Faka-Sepitema [1]

Faka-Sepitema, Kilikali, 24 September

Hundreds of women dressed in their finest white gathered in Nuku’alofa today for their annual ‘Faka-Sepitema’ roll call at the Chiefly Church of Tonga, Constitutional Church of Tonga, Free Church of Tonga and the Free Wesleyan Church of Tonga.

It was a special day for women from throughout Tongatapu to answer their call at their churches this morning. The Free Church of Tonga at Hala Laifone, the Chiefly Church of Tonga at Kilikali on Hala Fatafehi and the Constitutional Church of Tonga at Pahu.

The women of the Free Wesleyan Church of Tonga also gathered at the Centennial Church, Kolomotu'a for their special day.
