The University of the South Pacific Tonga campus held its ‘Open Day’ program, beginning with a float parade this morning in Nuku'alofa.

Dr ‘Ana Koloto the Director of USP Tonga said that the annual program showcased what the university had to offer in its course programs.

She said they invited students and teachers from primary, secondary and early childhood education schools to attend activities at the university compound.

“We had information readily displayed, the campus and classrooms were open for tours, while skits were performed to inform them of what we had available,” she said.

USP Tonga currently has around 1400 students.
