Liahona-Saineha alumni reunite in Hawaii [1]

The Liahona-Saineha Alumni Association held its 2014 reunion celebration in Honolulu, Hawaii from 9-13 July.
Prince Ata was the guest of honour at the week-long celebration that began with a welcome dance on Wednesday, 9 July, at Dole Cannery.
Also attending the celebration were the Speaker of the Tongan Parliament, Lord Fakafanua; the governor of Vava’u, Lord Fulivai and the General Alumni President and a member of parliament Semisi Sika.
Other social activities to mark the event included a Beach Day with an Island Dance in the evening; an Island Brunch which followed by the main event of the celebration, a Golden Ball in the evening, 11 July.
The reunion celebration was drawn into a conclusion at the Honolulu Stake Tabernacle on Sunday, 13 July.
The Liahona-Saineha Alumni Association may hold its annual reunion celebration anywhere in the world, but it must be in Tonga every three years.
