Man in custody charged with rape at Hofoa [1]

A 44-year-old man has been arrested and charged with the rape of a 17-year-old girl at Hofoa on February 8.

The police allege that the offence took place at a home where the victim was staying with the accused and his wife.

The man is remanded in custody to appear at the Magistrate’s Court this week.
