The 2005 Tongan Court of Appeal, Justice Salmon, Justice Burchett, Chief Justice Webster and Justice Tompkins.

The Tonga Court of Appeal hearing for 2005 concluded today July 21 with the announcement of its decisions over 11 cases that it has presided over between July 11-20.

Three were criminal cases, involving manslaughter sentencing, a grevious bodily harm case, and a bank forgery. There was one land dispute, one divorce case, and the rest were civil cases, two over claims for wrongful dismissal, two for claims of unfair trading and two over squash export disputes.
