The fourth, and the last judging event for Tonga's 2005 Miss Heilala Pageant last week - the Talent quest, Island Creation, Sarong Swimwear and the Stage interview - presented the judges with a very difficult task as this year's contestants put on a great show in their final attempt to claim the Miss Heilala title for 2005.

Talent Quest

The winner of the Talent Quest was awarded to Miss Tonga USA, Neva Bridenstine who performed a Tahitian Hula. The second place was claimed by Miss Appraxus Immigration, Sheree Pifeleti, who recited a Tongan poem, and in third place was Miss Black Pearl Suites, 'Ana Tu'ihalamaka, who performed a Samoan Siva.

Traditional Island Creation

In the Traditional Island Creation category, Nancy Maloni Miss Tonga New Zealand South Seas, was the winner, and in second place was Miss Mara's Fashion, 'Ofeina Lango'ia, and third place Miss Five Star Finances, Barbara Mcleene.

Sarong Swimwear

The winner of the Sarong Swimwear Category was Miss Tonga Visitors Bureau, 'Anau Burling, in second place was Miss Tonga New Zealand South Seas, Nancy Maloni, and in third place was Miss Appraxus Immigration.

Stage Interview

The winner of the Stage Interview was Miss Appraxus Immigration; in second place was Miss Tonga USA and in the third place was a tie between Miss Five Star Finances and Miss Tonga New Zealand South Seas.

The girls were to make their final appearances at the Heilala Ball and the crowning of the new Miss Heilala for 2005-06 on Friday night, July 8.
