A Senior Commissioned Police Officer was suspended for another two-weeks without pay for alleged connection in corrupt activity with criminals.

The Police Commissioner Grant O’Fee said today he renewed the suspension after the first two-weeks suspension expired yesterday, September 4. The officer was first suspended on August 22.

“We are still just making inquiries to establish whether there is criminal activity. We are looking at disciplinary action at this stage and the options open to me include counselling of the officer or dismissal.”
