Cement worker named [1]

Tonga Police have confirmed the name of a victim, Kulisi Kanongata’a (19) of Hofoa, who died after being trapped inside a cement mixer while he was cleaning it, at a brick manufacturing company at Sopu on August 16.
The Police Commissioner Grant O’Fee said two people, a man (55) and a youth (16), had been charged in relation to the death. One has been charged with manslaughter, while the other has been charged with abetment.
One of the accused is alleged to have turned on the power switch to the machine while the victims were inside cleaning it.
A 16-year-old boy who was also inside the machine remains in Vaiola Hospital with serious injuries.
Police investigation continues, said the Commissioner.
