From New Zealand, Diamond Langi (22) will represent Miss Bou's Fashion.

From the USA, Zola Fauolo (19) from Utah, will represent Miss Horizon Sun.

The three local girls are Miss Loumaile Lodge, Audrey Lolohea (21), a student at the University of the South Pacific; Miss Lady Maria Australia, Siulolo Ramsay (18); and Miss Liahona Alumni, Ebony Nuku

Pageant organizers expect up to 10 contestants will join this year.

Heilala Festival 

Meanwhile, Tonga's annual Heilala Festival begins next week, from July 16-28 under a theme "Tourism is our future", at a Heilala village in the Nuku'alofa CBD.

On Monday, July 16 a Liahona- Saineha Alumni Float Parade will be held from Queen Salote wharf to the Teufaiva Stadium.

On Tuesday, July 17 there will be a cultural evening of Tongan singing competition.

On Wednesday, July 18 there will be a Inter College Brass Band competition.

A second cultural evening of traditional Tongan dancing will be held on Thursday, July 19.

On Friday, July 20 the Heilala block party will be held on on Taufa'ahau Road.

Pageant 

The Miss Heilala Pageant  begins with the first judging event of Pre-Pageant Interview, at Davina House on Monday, July 23.

The Miss Heilala Tau'olunga dancing competition will be held on, Tuesday July 24.

On Thursday, July 26 the Miss Heilala final judging event is a South Pacific Evening with island creation, talent, and sarong competitions.

The new Miss Heilala 2012-13 will be crowned during a Miss Heilala Ball on Friday night, July 27 at the Convention Centre, on the top floor of the Tonga Post building.

A float parade will conclude the Heilala Week and pageant on Saturday, July 28, from the Teufaiva Stadium to the Vuna Wharf on the Nuku'alofa waterfront.
