Tonga's top teenage athletics from four island groups will line up tomorrow for the national Inter ...– College Sports 2005, with three days of track and field events at the Teufaiva Stadium, Nuku'alofa from April 7-9.

Siaosi Kava, the President of the Inter...–College Sports Committee, said there were no changes in the 18 main events scheduled in track and field.

In track there are 11 events: running 100, 200, 400, 800, 1,500 and 3,000 metres; hurdles 100, 110 and 400 metres; and relays 4 x100 and 4 x400 metres.

On the field there are seve events including discus, shot put and javelin, long jump, high jump, triple jump and the pole vault.

Siaosi said that three of the outer islands sports team are here again from Vava'u, Ha'apai and 'Eua.

In last year's Inter College Sports Liahona High School of the LDS Church dominated the medal tables with 53 medals followed by the Catholic Church college, ...‘Apifo...’ou with 51 medals, and Tupou College with 40 medals. It is expected to be another closely fought contest this year.
