Editor,

THE last two letters, about Fare-well Payoffs said it all, I can not add anything to it.

Thank you for being the eyes and ears to the outside world. Since Matangitonga came online we have truly appreciated you and your staff. You have kept us informed with facts and information no one has dared.

I believe it is time for Tongans to wake up and stand up for righteousness. You need a good old fashion Tea Party movement. Just like here in the USA we are fed up with government running things without the presence of the Lord anywhere.

Come November we are praying there will be a total upset in government to rein in the wasteful spending.

November can be a new beginning for Tonga if you will stand up and vote out all the MP representatives and shake things up so much that Government will have to stop and take note.

"If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land" II Chr 7-14.

This says it all. Parliament has to be the leader for the people. If a new group of dedicated believers stand up and run for parliament and upset the traditions. God will heal your land.

God will rebuild your city. He wants to rebuild and strengthen Tonga like no one else.

For the MP's to beg for a farewell pay-off shows their true spirit for themselves and not you the people.

So I encourage you to start today with prayer and working together to redo parliament. Start your own Tea Party, or whatever you want to call it.
