Vava'u secondary schools march through Neiafu [1]

THE second day of the Vava'u High School 25th Anniversary celebration continued of Monday, July 5 with a march through Neiafu by students and ex-students of Vava'u High School VHS, they were joined by students from Mailifeihi College, Tailulu College and Kelana College.
The celebration march which was lead by the schools' brass bands started at the Port of Refuge. They marched to the Laumalie Ma'oni'oni Hall, where the Vava'u High School began before they moved to where they are today. A prayer was offered on the spot before they proceeded to the Vava'u High School ground, where a computer software gift for the Vava'u High School from one of the ex-students of VHS, Piveni Piukala was presented by his daughter, Nancy Piukala to the Hon. Frederica Tuita
The four-days 25 anniversary celebration ended on Wednesday, July 7.
