A 44-year-old man died after falling off from the first floor of the Vaiola Hospital building on Thursday, September 30, after being admitted in the early morning of the same day.

He said Police were working with medical officers to determine the cause of death and he did not release any further details at this stage. An inquest is to be conducted upon completion of the investigation.

However, it is understood from outside sources that the man was admitted to Vaiola Hospital for injuries believed to be caused by a brawl.
