Pesi Fonua, the Publisher-Editor of the Matangi Tonga Online, disclaims an AP article purporting to be written "by Pesi Fonua" and published on the website of TV3 www.3news.co.nz [2] today, Friday 26 November 2010 at 9:19 a.m and in other media.

I did NOT write the article entitled "Tonga votes in historic election" and I disclaim the erroneous statements made in it. The article was, in fact, written by AP's staff who did not have my permission to use my byline.
