Dr. FISI'IAHI: Not that it should make any difference, but you finally wrote something that I can agree with.

In this tough economic times, when we do not see infusion of new revenues, the prudent move for us as individuals, families, communities and a country is to cut down on our expenses. Some of the cuts are going to be a challenge but we are at a desperate time and it calls for desperate measures.
