I would like to comment on the letter by 'Ana Lotu 'Ohuafi Emberson on the asking for assistance for school materials as well as prizes for the annual prize giving for Niua Fo'ou High School.

The Chair of the Niua Development Committee, Hon. S. Fe'aomoeata Vakata, on behalf of the Committee has been able to donate prizes for the forth coming prize giving ceremony of the Niuafo'ou High School. These prizes had already transported to Niuafo'ou on the MV Sitka on its trip in October.

The Niua Development Committee is happy to receive any requests for assistance from Niuafo'ou. At this stage, the Committee has not received any requests for school materials and so on, but it would be happy to provide further assistance.
