19-year-old Sesilia Malialose Tapueluelu is the Dux for St Joseph's Business College 2009

Sesilia comes from Fungamisi, Vava'u but is residing at Mataika, Tongatapu.

During the colourful graduation ceremony at Ma'ufanga, 50 girls were awarded Certificates in Computer and Secretarial Studies, after completing a two-year course. Sesilia won prizes in four subjects of English, Secretarial Studies, Computer and Concepts and Religion.

St Joseph's Business College is an all-girls Catholic school, which offers a two-year course on business and computer studies. Over the years, the business college has been a main provider of office staff for businesses in Tonga.

There were 119 students attending the college this year.
