Internet voting for the "Miss Internet" section of the Miss South Pacific Pageant has begun, and there's no doubt about it, our vote goes to the gorgeous Miss Tonga!

Tongan beauty Telesia Kaitapu (20) is currently in Pagopago, American Samoa, representing the Kingdom in this year'’s Miss South Pacific Pageant to be held on Friday October 29.

Telesia held a fashion shoot last week displaying some of the costumes that she is showcasing during the pageant. These outfits included her traditional costume made solely from the ngatu or tapa cloth that was designed and made locally by Maile Laumomo Pauni.

Also modelled by Telesia is a black sarong, a cocktail dress made from tapa and other colourful puletaha that she will be wearing throughout the events of the pageant. These outfits were all locally made and designed by Tintin Tailor of Nuku'alofa.

Telesia is accompanied to the pageant by her aunt, Mrs Tafolosa Karalus, and her older sister Fatima Kaitapu, and will be returning to the Kingdom on November 1.
