Seventeen local boys and girls from the Central Vaheloto District joined the fourth round of Tonga's Top Model competition held at St Andrews Hall, Nuku'alofa, last night.

The contestants appeared in two categories and showcased unique fashion sense, cheered on by a full house of fans and relatives in a fun competition launched in Nuku'alofa earlier this month.

 

 

Monalisa Palu, the organiser of the event, announced the seven finalists from the third round held at the Eastern District last week. In the lead was Tangikina Tangifua with 2998 votes followed by Keasi Fangupo, Ane Vea, Losaline Ma'afu, 'Emeline Ma'ameivai, Vea Faka'osi and Velonika Male.

The fifth round of the competition will be held in Neiafu, Vava'u on July 2 before the final night concludes the event at the Queen Salote Memorial Hall on July 17.
