Fifteen local girls and boys joined the fun in the third round of Tonga's Top Model competition held in the Eastern district of Tongatapu on the night of June 18, at the village of Tatakamotonga.

Cheered on by families and friends in full force at Fatu Hall the aspiring models made two appearances in a choice of wear category and casual wear outfits, featuring t-shirts, shorts and pants.

The organiser of the competition, Monalisa Palu, announced the seven finalists from the second round of the competition that was held last week at the Kolovai Hall on the Western side of Tongatapu. In the lead was Kilisitina Sunia, followed by Vahid Hopoi, Keleni Siola'a, Virginia Kupu, Siu Kaumatule, Kinikini Taufa and Lysandra Rose Skelton.

The fourth round will held on June 25 at the Lopaukamea Hall II for Vahe Loto before the competition travels to Vava'u on July 2.

The rounds will find 35 finalists to compete for the Top Model title and prize on July 11 at the Queen Salote Memorial Hall.
