Tonga high School Head Boy, Sione Mahe Paea I Alaska Tokotaha was named Dux for this academic year at, the prize giving ceremony held at the THS Stadium today, 29 November 2024.

Sione Tokotaha was the top at his class and in the Form 7 level mathematics. He received cash prizes over $3,000 and various trophies for his achievements.

He was also the recipient the King Tupou VI Coronation Prize Scholarship which will help him to study in New Zealand.

Sione Tokotaha's family hails from the villages of Petani, Niuafo’ou; Hihifo, Niuatoputapu; Pangaimotu, Vava’u; Fakakai, Ha’apai and Ha’alalo, Tongatapu.
