New room for Fokololo 'oe Hau Technical Institute [1]

Australia will support development of a new solar training facility at Tonga's School of Science and Technology at the Tonga National University (TNU).
The Acting High Commissioner to Tonga, HE Erin Gleeson, announced today that Australia's contribution to this new project will be at least AUD $100,000.
Ms Gleeson was speaking at Fokololo 'oe Hau Technical Institute in 'Anana for the commissioning of a new changing room, funded by the Australian Government under the Enhancing Inclusive Participation Initiative (EIPI). The changing room is for female students studying at the School of Science and Technology.
SST Dean, Mr. Ponepate Taunisila said it was important to have inclusive participation in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, and to make it more gender inclusive.
TVET students from Liahona High School, Tupou College Toloa, and Tonga College 'Atele, toured the SST campus on the open day today.
