Infrastructure team in Melbourne to discuss the future of road infrastructure [1]

A team from Tonga's Ministry of Infrastructure is visiting the National Transport Research Organisations (NTRO), in NTRO headquarters in Port Melbourne, Australia, to discuss NTRO works and the future of road infrastructure, including airport, and wharves.
The team was led by Minister Hon Sevenitini Toumoua, with CEO Lopeti Heimuli, Finance Officer Siaosi Fatukala, James Panuve, Ane Tauki'uvea, Suli Havea, Kasipa Paea, and Filo 'Akau'ola.
"This meeting is to empower MOI in road, airport, and wharves construction," the Ministry said in a statement.
NTRO is an organization that provides innovative research and practical solutions to challenges across road, rail, ports and airports.
MOI said this is a first time for NTRO to work together with a small Pacific country.
Attending the meeting were, NTRO Senior Executive Jason Sprott, Chief Operating Officer Dr James Yeo, and rail and transport executive, Natalie Loughborough.
They will hold a final meeting today, 2 February.
