Y12 and Twin Otter aircraft resume flight services to outer islands [1]

The Lulutai Airlines two aircraft, the Twin Otter and Y12, are resuming their flight services throughout Tongatapu and outer islands, following some disruptions to the schedules.

Last week, the Y12 aircraft was the only aircraft in service, while the airlines' newest aircraft, the Twin Otter, was being repaired.

In a media release on 20 January, Lulutai stated they will be “adding additional flights to cater to passenger demand," now that two aircraft's are back in service.

Meanwhile, Lulutai have not released a report on the Saab 340 taxiing accident at Fu'amotu Airport in December.
