Saudi Minister of Tourism makes flying visit to Tonga [1]

The Prime Minister Hon Hu'akavameiliku received a courtesy call from the Saudi Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Saudi Fund for Development HE Mr. Ahmed Al Khateeb, with his delegation, on Friday 1 September, at the St. George Government building, in Nuku’alofa.

The Prime Minister's Officer reported that they discussed issues of importance, including development of a national museum, tourism, training, and contribution to Tonga’s recovery effort.

The Saudi delegation visited Tonga for only a few hours before they continued on to Port Villa Vanuatu.
