Japanese NGO planning high school scholarships for Tongan students [1]

The Director of the Terra People Association, Ms Fukagawa Chimoto from Japan, was welcomed by the Ambassador of Japan to Tonga H.E. Mr Munenaga Kensaku, in Nuku'alofa today.

Ms Fukagawa is currently in Tonga to finalise plans to offer high school scholarships from their Non-Profit Organization to some students in Tonga. She was accompanied by two other staff from Japan.
