Miss Galaxy Queen Pageant to celebrate 30th anniversary in July [1]

Tonga’s Miss Galaxy Queen Pageant, a colourful annual event, marks its 30th anniversary this year, with a special showcase, from 9-14 July.
The Pageant resumes, like all other public events, after a hiatus due to the pandemic.
It is organised by the Tonga Leitis Association under this year's theme, 'To serve with integrity and to lead with love, protect minorities and diverse communities from violence and injustice’.
The judging events will start on the evening of 12-13 July for: A hat creation in red, Recycled wear, Talent quest, Condom creation, Sarong creation, Evening gown, and Stage interview, before the crowning of the Miss Galaxy 2023-2024 and prize winners.
The 30th Miss Galaxy Queen Ball will be held at the Queen Salote Memorial Hall on Friday night, 14 July.
