Tonga Chamber supports return to roots mission [1]

The Tonga Chamber of Commerce and Industry is assisting the Pacific Islands Trade and Investment Commission (PITIC) in the coordination of a "Return to Roots Mission" by investors and buyers.

These investors and buyers are New Zealand based Pacific people successful in their own professions and businesses and will visit Tonga from November 8-10.

The interests of the group are varied and include agriculture, handicrafts, waste management, fisheries, tourism and property development.

The Mission will meet with businesses in Tonga which have aligned objectives as well as members of the Tongan government and financial institutions.

This is an opportunity to bring real investment to Tonga, forge solid joint ventures and promote the spirit of entrepreneurship. Tonga Chamber of Commerce and Industry..
