'Atenisi revisited [1]

A celebration to mark the 70th birthday of the Founder and the Director of Tonga's 'Atenisi Institute, 'Ilaisa Futa-'i-Ha'angana Helu, included a two-day seminar was from June 15-16 attended by overseas academics, singers and writers.
At 'Atenisi for the opening of the seminar called "The 'Atenisi Critical/Theoretical Philosophy of Education: revisited" were:
Dr Eve Coxon a Senior Lecturer, from the Faculty of Arts, School of Education, University of Auckland.
Professor Leialoha Perkins, a former English Professor at ...Atenisi, and a retired lecturer in English and Anthropology, Hawaii.
Professor Roland Perkins, a retired scholar, Hawaii.
Mr Langitoto Helu, currently working for his Phd in Statistics at the University of Auckland.
Dr Thomas Schneider, a former Humanitarian and Psychology Professor at ...Atenisi, but now a Professor at the International University of Germany.
Ms Patricia Hurrel and Mr Robert Wiremu, opera singers with New Zealand Opera. Mr Wiremu is a tutor at the University of Auckland and a National Adjudicator for New Zealand Choral Federation.
Kalafi Moala, the publisher of the Taimi 'o Tonga newspaper.
