HMAF Taliai Camp Mess Hall gets makeover [1]

A newly refurbished Taliai Military Camp Mess was handed back to the Tonga Armed Forces yesterday, 3 April 2023.

Australian Defence Advisor, Lt. Col. Sean Benporath handed back the Taliai Military Camp Mess to Lt.Col. Sione Mapakaitolo (Tonga Land Force).

The Australian Defence Cooperation Program sponsored the ongoing Taliai Refurbishment Program, designed to improve the quality of life of His Majesty’s Armed Forces posted to the camp and to ensure recruits have access to quality facilities during their training.

The refurbishment works were undertaken by Fletcher Construction.
