Tongan flags to fly half mast on Monday [1]

Tongan flags will be flown half-mast on Monday 19 September, in respect of the State Funeral of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in London, United Kingdom.
 
The public was notified on 15 September that the Acting Prime Minister Hon. Samiu Kuita Vaipulu with the consent of Cabinet, had decreed that:

"All Tongan flags throughout the Kingdom, including Tonga’s Diplomatic Missions abroad, be flown at half-mast on Monday 19 September, 2022, in respect of the State Funeral of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and Head of the Commonwealth."

Meanwhile, HM King Tupou VI left Tonga on the afternoon of 15 September to attend the State Funeral in London.

Accompanying ithe King is his Private Secretary Sione Fifita and ADC Veikune.
