Tonga winless in Pacific Nations Cup 2022 [1]

The ‘Ikale Tahi has ended its the Pacific Nations Cup 2022 winless, after being defeated by Australia A 39-22, in the final round of the Pacific Nations Cup on 16 July.

Tonga’s tries were by Samiuela Moli and Jay Fonokalafi with two conversions and penalty to William Havili.

However, Australia A was stronger in a convincing game to win against the 'Ikale Tahi.

Meanwhile, Samoa wins the Pacific Nations Cup 2022 title, after beating the host Fiji 23-20, on the same day.

Australia A was placed second with Fiji finishing in third.

Tonga came out winless, after initially loosing its first two games against Fiji and Samoa.
