A repatriation flight from Auckland, New Zealand will arrive in Tonga on July 28.
MEIDECC CEO Paula Ma'u said, the flight from Brisbane and charter flights from Vanuatu and Pagopago, are still under discussion as they monitor the status of the virus there.
The Ministry of Health has also confirmed that the 17 passengers who arrived from Vanuatu on June 22 were released earlier this week from quarantine.
This was after testing negative in all of their three tests.
In the meantime, 240 passengers are still in quarantine, after arriving from New Zealand on June 30. They too have tested negative in their second COVID-19 test, after reaching their 14-days on July 13.
They now have one-more week to go before they are tested for the third time and released.
Meanwhile, Tonga is continuing the roll-out of the second dose of vaccination, which ends in August.
