100 plus passengers to be repatriated from Fiji and NZ [1]

More than 110 passengers are expected to be repatriated to Tonga, coming from Fiji and New Zealand on Thursday, February 4.
MEIDECC CEO Paula Ma’u said today a Lulutai Airlines aircraft would repatriate consultants working on a Tonga Renewable Energy Project and passengers from Fiji. The cost of this repatriation flight is paid for by this project.
The flight will originate in Tonga, and take students and other passengers to Fiji on the outward flight. The return flight is expected to arrive back in Tonga on Thursday evening.
On the same day, another flight from New Zealand is scheduled to arrive at 1:45pm with passengers including stranded Tongans and seasonal workers.
Meanwhile, a repatriation flight with 120 passengers is being planned for Thursday, February 11, coming from Brisbane, Australia.
