The new Kaati-ni Restaurant on the seafront at Sopu was officially opened by Princess Salote Pilolevu Tuita at a function on the evening of Wednesday March 28.

Saia Moehau, a director of EPIC International Ltd., has build the new restaurant, only 500 meters from his other property, The Black Pearl Suites, which also has a first class restaurant. Saia said that the new restaurant, "is to cater for the demand, leaving the restaurant at The Black Pearl for our guests."

The Kaati-ni Restaurant which can seat more than 100 diners, is named after Saia's sister Kaati, who is also the head chef.
