129 repatriated for Christmas [1]

129 repatriated passengers arrived at Fua’amotu International Airport from Auckland, New Zealand this afternoon, December 9.
Acting Deputy Police Commissioner 'Atunaisa Taumoepeau said today, the flight arrived after 1:00pm.
The passengers will spend the next 14-days in quarantine at Tanoa Hotel and Makeke Camp in Vaini.
It is estimated that around 51 of the passengers are being kept at Makeke and the rest at the hotel.
Meanwhile, members of the public are prohibited from entering both properties, except for essential employees, emergency officers, medical emergency officers and authorized officers.
Another repatriation flight from Fiji is expected on December 10 with around 160 passengers, who are mainly students.
