Negative CoViD-19 test results for Brisbane repatriates [1]

Repatriates from Brisbane tested negative for CoViD-19 and were released from quarantine this morning, confirmed Chief Medical Officer (Public Health) Dr Reynold 'Ofanoa today.

The repatriates who arrived in Tonga 14 days ago are now spending another seven days in home quarantine.

Meanwhile, another 136 passengers are planned to be on a repatriation flight scheduled to arrive at Fua’amotu International Airport tomorrow, 9 December, from Auckland, New Zealand.

Another repatriation flight is also scheduled on 10 December, from Fiji, however, numbers are not confirmed yet.
