Two men were arrested with more methamphetamine at a home in Haveluloto on December 3.

The Police Drug Taskforce first arrested a 38-year-old man at the home and seized 20 packs of methamphetamine at 21.24 grams, cash and drug utensils. 

Afterwards, a 33-year-old man was arrested at the neighbour's home with four packs of methamphetamine weighing 6.16 grams and drug utensils.

Both accused are remanded in police custody to appear at the Fasi Magistrate's Court on a later date.

Acting Deputy Commissioner Tevita Vailea, said today the taskforce continues an ongoing drugs operation.

“Police are committed to disrupt and detect the supply of drugs and hold those responsible to account.”
