Tongan time
"I have heard many times in Tonga of the Tongan time, and over the past three-years I have come to realize that this means doing things at the last minute. However, I can say that I am truly impressed by the capability of the Tongan people to complete any job at the last moment, which is proof of the people of Tonga’s strength."
The Ambassador also shared his fondest memories was in November, 2017.
"I will always remember that it took me two hours to drive from the airport to my residence. I am truly amazed by the extraordinary fame that rugby has among Tongan people."
