Church women's Faka-Sepitema scaled down [1]

Churches have scaled down their annual Faka-Sepitema roll call for women, with each district having their own due to the restrictions imposed by COVID-19 prevention.

The Church of Tonga (Hou’eiki) held their roll-calls today at each district and opted out of holding their usual mass event at the head church in Kilikali.

Women from the Church of Tonga (Hou'eiki) in Ma’ufanga answered their call this morning at their church.

There ws no lack of enthusiasm as the women came out dressed in their finest white costumes and hats for their special spiritual day.

It is understood other Church of Tonga denominations did the same.

Annually, the Faka-Sepitema have women flocking to the capital to answer their call at their head churches.
